This is a monthly face to face get together in the Glasgow/Edinburgh/Lanarkshire area, set up for anyone affected by a rare bone marrow failure condition, such as Aplastic Anaemia, Dyskeratosis Congenita, Fanconi Anaemia or Shwachman Diamond Syndrome.

Come and join Linzi, our Support and Outreach Coordinator for Scotland for our quarterly Coffee Afternoon at Maggie's in Lanarkshire! Whether you, or someone close to you has been newly diagnosed with a rare bone marrow failure condition, or you have been living with a one for quite some time, this is a great opportunity to meet other people who are affected by rare bone marrow failures.

Everyone is welcome and you don't need to have attended any previous events or have spoken to us before. Just come along and say hello!

There's no need to register or let us know in advance, just drop by on the day for a cuppa and a chat.

Led by Linzi

Linzi joined the Aplastic Anaemia Trust as the Support & Outreach Coordinator for Scotland in September 2024. With a passion for community outreach and supporting others, Linzi is excited to help individuals and families affected by aplastic anaemia navigate their journeys with compassionate and practical support.

Linzi lives near Glasgow with her 3 teenagers and Betsy the Goldendoodle.  She's not sure who causes her the most stress out of them all!  Linzi enjoys going to live music gigs and some may say she is slightly obsessed with country music (the good stuff not country and western!)
