Climb, weave, and conquer an intricate maze of ladders, free hanging platforms, nets and cable crossings to reach the horses mouth. Then descend with an abseil or take the ultimate leap with the Quick Flight—an exhilarating free fall experience that will leave you breathless. Fundraising commitment By signing up you are making a commitment to raise a minimum of £250 per person. We ask our participants to cover some of the entrance cost. You will pay £30 (early Bird Price) £40 (after the 31st January) on registration, the rest of the money (£89) will be covered by your fundraising total. Your registration fee will not be refunded if we can not fill your space. You must fundraise at least £90 by the 4th September 2026. Please read the following information before signing up; Understand the Nature of the event: The Kelpies Experience involves climbing 25 meters to the mouth of the Kelpies using a series of seven ladders, cables crossing, suspended platforms, nets and aerial course features before descending back down to ground level either by abseil or a quick flight device (an automatic rope based descending device that provides an initial ‘free fall’ experience before lowering to the ground). The Kelpies Experience is mentally and physically challenging with high levels of height exposure, a requirement to climb ladders, crawl, crouch and walk across uneven and sloped terrain. 1. Min & Max Body Sizes - Head circumference between - 48-61cm - Max body weight - 120kg - Min height - 140cm - Max thigh circumference 75cm - Max waist circumference 120cm - Max Height 200cm 2. Min Age 10yrs (10- 17 years old will need to be accompanied on the course with their parent or guardian who will also need to be a ticket holder). 3. Tie hair back & do not wear any necklaces, chains or loose jewellery 4. No phones, vapes, keys, go-pros or any loose items to be carried on the course. 5. Wear sensible footwear fastened securely - Ideally walking boots, High heels, open toed shoes, slippers or loose fitting shoes will NOT be permitted. 6. Wear warm outdoor clothing Check the weather before you arrive - There is no rain cover inside the Kelpie and it’s in shade so feels cooler. 7. Bring leather palmed gloves if you have, if not some will be provided at the event 8. Listen carefully and follow instructions from instructors at all times. 9. Use all equipment provided to you in accordance with the instructions provided. 10. Do not smoke or vape or be under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs 11.
