Running 2026 London Marathon to celebrate that I can!

My darling M was diagnosed with Aplastic Anaemia in Jan 1998 . The ‘out of the blue’ diagnosis came after sudden symptoms in December 1997 aged just 39. With 3 children under 11, that was a tough diagnosis but thanks to the pioneering work of AAT he was successfully treated and over 26 years later he’s still going strong hence the choice of charity!

Incidentally I run because I can - the London marathon date coincides closely with 21 years since I completed my treatment for lung cance
